
A 25% non-refundable booking deposit must be made in order to secure the date and time of your party. This will be deducted from the price of the package you book when paying the total.

Full payment must be made upon arrival before any treatments will be carried out, this can be done in cash or by card.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the party start time, any cancellations made after that will be charged 50% of the full price. This is payable within 7 days of the party date except in unforeseeable circumstances. This is at the discretion of the company.

All venues must have access to electrical sockets and must either have, or the ability to have, a work-surface or table and chair by the sockets.

All children ion attendance must have a consent form signed by their parent or guardian, this will be sent out to the host upon receiving the booking deposit and either the host or the child must have them on the day of the party. No consent form will result in no treatments being carried out.
Any and all allergies must be stated before hand as well as on the consent forms to enable us to bring suitable products, while we will always endeavour to use products suitable to all this may not always be possible. We accept no responsibility for any reactions occurring from allergies we were not made aware of.
